Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Control project budgets and monitor cost control systems.
Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and issues.
Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
5+ years of experience in civil construction/project management.
Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety standards.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, etc.).
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
