Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee residential construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion in alignment with project goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling

: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure milestones are met according to project timelines.

Budget Management

: Monitor project budgets, manage project costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved without compromising quality.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control and Assurance

: Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high construction standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, MS Project
Key Requirements

Experience

: 10-15 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry, particularly in residential projects.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Construction Management or related field Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
