We are seeking an experience

Project Manager (Civil)

to oversee the construction of high rise buildings project ,

Riverview City , located at Kadam Vak Wasti, Loni Kalbhor,

Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's scope schedule. The candidate must have

hands-on experience in execution activities. The candidate must have handled big projects (Township)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets.

2. Manage and co-ordinate civil construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work and structural construction.

3.Ensure compliance with building codes ,regulations, and safety standards.

4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders

5.Monitor and control project progress identifying and mitigating risks.

6. Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost -effectiveness

7. Ensure quality control and assurance meeting project specifications

Requirements :

1. B.E. -Civil

2.

12+ years of experience , 5+ years of experience in handling high rise building construction projects (big projects)

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods , material and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
