We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager (Civil)

to lead our construction project

"Riverview City"

a new township by

Magarpatta Group of Companies

. The site is located at

Loni Kalbhor, Kadam Wak Wasti, Pune

. The successful candidate will be reponsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement project plans , schedules and budgets

2. Co-ordinate and manage project teams, including contractors and sub- contractors

3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and building codes

4. Monitor and control project progress identifying and mitigating risks

5. Communicate with clients, stakeholders and team members

6. Manager project documentation including reports, permits and records

7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of works done

Preferred Skills:

1.

Hands on experience in execution on site

2.

Strong knowledge of construction engineering process

Mandatory Requirement:

1. B.E. Civil

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
