Project Manager / Assistant Manager

to support on-ground delivery of technology-enabled

roadworks and civil infrastructure projects

. This role is ideal for young civil engineers keen to work at the intersection of

technology, field execution, and stakeholder management

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in

Civil, Mechanical,Electricl,computer science Engineering

Key Skills & Competencies

Leadership & ownership mindset Strong verbal and written communication Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Team management & coordination Planning, scheduling & progress tracking Presentation & reporting skills Interest in

technology-driven project execution

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end

project execution at site

Engage with clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholders for

regular project updates

Ensure

on-time completion

of project milestones Coordinate with on-site teams for daily activities, service delivery, and issue resolution Troubleshoot operational and site-level challenges proactively Support

software deployment, user training, and adoption

at site Prepare project reports, MIS, presentations, and review documents Monitor quality, safety, and compliance as per project requirements Act as a bridge between field teams and central project/technology teams
