Hiring an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee, manage and execute all civil construction activities for our commercial project in Kochi. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and proven experience in end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the project site. Ensure execution of work strictly as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion in line with project schedules. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation records, and quality checklists. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify contractor bills, work measurements, work orders, and material consumption. Assist in material planning, indenting, procurement follow-ups, and maintaining adequate stock levels on site. Identify issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement in construction processes. Provide leadership to site teams and ensure adherence to organizational standards and project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil engineering with MBA in Project Management is an added advantage). 5 -

10 years of experience

in construction project management. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, engineering principles, safety standards, and quality control systems. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation practices. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on timely execution. Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple vendors/contractors effectively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
