Overall Project & Construction Management
Co-ordinate between head office, client and contractor.
Maintain drawings and mail/letter correspondence.
Oversee and approve contractor work for quality and co-ordination. Attend meeting & presentation
Preparation of site reports as per formats with respect to time, quality, cost,
risks, recommendations etc.
Oversee and approve certification & bill approval of contractors as per issued contract.
Participate and approve building commissioning as per contract requirements
Oversee and implement HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines on site
Any other task related to site or design
Check contractor bills
