Prepare detailed project execution plans including micro-schedules for civil and PEB activities.
Develop and monitor project timelines using MS Project or Primavera.
Coordinate design approvals, statutory clearances, and mobilization plans.
2. Execution & Site Coordination
Lead day-to-day project execution ensuring scope, time, and cost adherence.
Oversee foundation, civil, and PEB erection works with in-house teams and subcontractors.
Implement QA/QC protocols and ensure work is as per GFC drawings and project specifications.
3. Vendor & Resource Management
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of steel structures, cement, and MEP materials.
Supervise subcontractors and labor deployment for efficient execution.
Monitor site logistics, equipment, and inventory.
4. Client & Stakeholder Interface
Conduct periodic reviews with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Generate and present progress reports, billing status, risk updates, and RFI trackers.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients from kick-off to handover.
5. Risk & Compliance
Identify execution risks (e.g., delays, cost overruns, quality issues) and initiate mitigation actions.
Ensure statutory compliance with environmental, labor, and local building regulations.
Coordinate health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance on site.
6. Handover & Closeout
Coordinate snag rectification, testing & commissioning, and documentation.
Drive timely project completion, final billing, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA/PGP in Construction Management preferred).
Experience:
7-15 years in end-to-end project execution of turnkey construction projects (industrial, warehousing, or commercial).
Proven track record of managing
PEB + Civil execution
for large-scale projects (min. 1 lakh sq.ft).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of
Indian building codes
, site safety standards, and municipal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to travel and manage multi-site operations when required.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP / RICS / LEED / NICMAR - will be an added advantage.

Our Project coordinator(s)/Manager(s) need to be able to prioritize, delegate, and monitor the progress and performance of the project activities and deliverables. They ensure regular site visits, pass instructions to the site engineer, and regularly review and update the project schedule with delay analysis reports. Ensure work at the site meets quality standards through inspection, identifying defects, and suggesting improvements to the site engineer for good quality outputs. Project coordinators are always loaded with multiple tasks for the multiple projects. Some of them are mentioned below:
1. To communicate with different people and groups throughout the project lifecycle.
2. They need to be able to convey clear and concise messages, listen actively, ask relevant questions, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
3. They have to deal with various challenges and issues that may arise during the project execution.
4. They need to be able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
5. They need to be able to anticipate potential risks and mitigate them before they become problems.
6. Verify and cross-check the specifications mentioned in the tender for all materials and contracts.
7. Project coordinators need to give input to the project manager to set and communicate the project vision, goals, and expectations; assign roles and responsibilities; and provide support.
8. Weekly attained project work progress meeting with project manager at office and circulate MOM.
9. Weekly attained / Do physical checking of work progress along with the project manager.
10. To discuss and resolve challenges such as resources, labor, raw materials, and site clearance with the manager.
11. To ensure instruction given by the project manager should reflect at ground level or in execution.
12. To attend client meetings, structural engineer meetings, or others related to the site and circulate MOM.
13. Ensuring that site work processes adhere to established quality standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality and quantity control, and recommending changes in it.
14. Providing training to the site team along with the project manager on quality and quantity control procedures and best practices.
