Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of civil engineers.
Develop and oversee construction project plans.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
Proven experience in managing construction projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
