Job Description

Required experienced and results-driven Project Manager - Civil to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and infrastructure, with demonstrated expertise in project management.

Role & responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule. Execute and monitor all civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external development. Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings; ensure proper implementation on site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work plans and allocate tasks to site teams. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and quality teams. Ensure timely availability of materials, resources, and manpower.

Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct inspections for work quality, materials, and workmanship as per IS standards. Ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely manner.

Material & Resource Management

Monitor material consumption, wastage control, and stock management at site. Verify material deliveries and maintain proper documentation.

Safety & Site Management

Implement safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, RA bills, and site records. Track project milestones and report progress to the management team. Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work order evaluations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's or PMP certification preferred ).

10-12 years of experience in civil project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.

Proven experience managing large and complex civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
