Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, to lead and oversee construction projects in the road, highways, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

External beautification & landscaping

Footpath & pavement construction

Road & Highway development & Road furniture Work

Roadside beautification works

Urban drainage & water management

Planning & execution of Smart City projects

Coordination with consultants, authorities & stakeholders

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 15-20 years of experience in project management within the road, highways, and residential construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Additional certifications in project management are a plus.

Leadership Skills

: Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management PMP or similar project management certification
