Project Planning & Execution

: Develop comprehensive project plans, execute according to project scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure alignment with client expectations and objectives.

Resource Management

: Allocate and manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.

Client Liaison

: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project standards are met or exceeded.

Risk Management

: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact.

Budget Management

: Prepare and manage project budgets, track spending, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Coordinate with various stakeholders including designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Software Proficiency

: MS Project, MS-Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, STAAD.Pro, Revit, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-10 years of experience in project management within the Workplace Design & Build or Corporate Interior Fitouts sector.

Education

: Graduation in B.Arch, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and team coordination.

Problem-Solving Skills

: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale corporate interior fitout projects Proficiency in project management software and tools
