We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager (Civil)

to lead and oversee the execution of

multi-storey residential projects

, with a strong focus on

finishing works

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies.

Resource Management:

Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party vendors efficiently. Ensure timely availability of all required resources.

Budget & Cost Control:

Prepare and monitor project budgets. Track expenses, analyze variances, and maintain cost control.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage project teams on-site. Ensure effective coordination between site teams, consultants, and contractors.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status and progress reports to management and clients. Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management:

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Ensure finishing quality meets design and industry standards. Implement safety and quality assurance measures on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain project documentation including daily reports, status updates, and closure documents.

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 8-12 years of experience managing

multi-storey residential projects

. Proven expertise in

finishing works

such as plastering, painting, flooring, fittings, and interiors. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control independently.
