Manage luxury residential projects from planning to handover
Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, and contractors
Control project schedules, budgets, and quality
Ensure premium finishes and design intent are delivered
Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates
Requirements
8-10 years' experience in luxury or high-end residential construction
Must be able to do project planning
Strong knowledge of construction methods and premium finishes
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Should be able to join in 15 days or currently servicing notice period
Willing to work in East Delhi location
Must have his own conveyance
