We are hiring for a leading international project management and cost consulting company to oversee high-rise residential developments in Raipur.

Project Manager - High-Rise Residential

Location:

Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Qualifications:

BE in Civil Engineering 15-20 years of experience in residential projects

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion within budget and timelines Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Review technical drawings and documents for design compliance Lead, mentor, and supervise site teams to achieve project excellence Maintain comprehensive project documentation through closure

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
