Looking for an energetic and diligent Project management professional to lead multiple projects, with supporting teams to deliver full project including civil, MEP & finishing works with high quality.

Job responsibilities

1. Establish project timelines including Master schedule, Monthly & weekly activity plan

2. Review & monitor project progress

3. Preparing periodic project progress review report

4. Presenting the Project reports to clients

5. Delegate tasks to junior team

6. Monitoring & review all construction activities and providing technical inputs

7. Ensuring correct activity sequencing & coordination with agencies

8. Coordination with client, consultants & contractors

9. Supervising Bill certification

10. Quality monitoring, Quality control on project

11. Ensuring high-standard of working

12. Ensuring work done as per contract

Requirements

1. B. Tech Graduate with 15+ years' experience in Civil & Finishing work

2. Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Construction Management will be preferred

3. Experience of Ultra high end finishing works

4. Experience to include monitoring of MEP works

5. Candidate should have delivered at least 2 project as Lead Project Manager.

6. Candidate should have completed minimum 4 projects from start to finish

7. Candidate should be able to handle junior teams under him

8. Excellent communication skill & presentation

9. Candidate should be efficient in MS office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
