Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete execution of civil construction projects from start to finish Manage site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource planning Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Generate daily/weekly progress reports and present to management Handle procurement planning and cost control Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer in infrastructure or real estate projects Strong leadership and site management skills Good knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and billing Proficient in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed
