Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish
Prepare comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost control at all project stages
Supervise project work from civil stage commencement to commissioning
Site Operations & Supervision
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings
Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to resolve technical issues
Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site
Manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
Ensure timely approvals, material procurement, and compliance with regulatory norms
Report project status to management and stakeholders at regular intervals
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
Billing and invoicing
Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and standards
MEP Knowledge
Demonstrate knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) work execution and billing
Coordinate MEP activities with civil construction phases
