Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Project Manager

to oversee civil building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress and adjust timelines to meet milestones.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates. Track expenses and ensure financial accountability.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and building codes. Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality control.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and correspondence. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience (10+ years) managing civil building projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Attributes

Experience in

high-rise residential, commercial, or institutional building projects

. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices. Certification in PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
