• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital

projects.

• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Provide progress reporting regarding timeline, budget and risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
• Develop and monitor relevant development KPI.

Qualifications:

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering or

Electrical Engineering (with later SW specialization), or equivalent relevant field

• 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary software projects
• Solid technical background with an ability to address and communicate issues and provide

potential solutions.

• Excellent hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Software development using Atlassia

tooling (Jira, Confluence)

• Proven track-record of delivering and maintaining complex software projects.
