Job Description

The main goal of a Project Manager is to deliver quality results that exceed expectations, requiring strong leadership skills to keep the team motivated and focused on the project timeline. The priorities of a Project Manager include developing a clear plan for the project, coordinating resources and delegating tasks to team members, motivating and leading the team, executing the project effectively, and regularly monitoring and evaluating the project's progress to make necessary adjustments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and collaborators Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Civil + 15 Years Experience (5 years as Manager)

Communication Skill

: To effectively connect with collaborators and team members, the project manager must possess good verbal and written communication skill

Problem-Solving Ability

: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity for innovative thought are necessary for the project manager to develop solutions to project-related problems

Risk management Skill

: The project manager should be able to recognise and create strategies to reduce potential risks for the execution of the project and should be able to create mitigation strategies

Core Technical Skills:

Project Management Software:

Proficiency in tools for tracking, scheduling, and collaboration (e.g., Asana, Jira).

Methodologies:

Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and applying them.

Planning & Scheduling:

Creating Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path analysis, and workload management.

Financial Management:

Budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting, and resource allocation.

Risk & Quality Management:

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, plus ensuring quality standards.
