Key Responsibilities:

Handle professional email correspondence with clients and freelancers.

Coordinate and manage translation projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues and provide updates.

Ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy and quality.

Maintain project records and organize data for easy access.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Basic knowledge of AI tools and their applications in project management is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not mandatory):

Experience in the translation or language services industry.

Familiarity with CAT tools or translation workflows.

Knowledge of basic content writing or editing.
