Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field

Proven experience in project management across complex projects

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
