Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality project on time. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent project management skills and excels in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of software, infrastructure, or integration projects from concept through delivery. Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and timelines. Create and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively remove blockers. Drive communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Implement project management best practices and agile methodologies. Report regularly on project status, KPIs, and budget adherence to leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical environment. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, MS Project or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven experience managing cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cloud environments. Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, or data integration. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards. Technical background in development, systems, or networking is a strong plus.
