NCORE BUILDERS is seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer (Civil)

to lead and manage multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, and coordination with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all civil works.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise all construction activities across multiple project sites. Manage site supervisors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review structural drawings, designs, and technical documents before execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and company standards. Prepare project progress reports, and material consumption statements. Identify risks or delays and implement corrective action plans. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the site team. Liaise with management for approvals, resource planning, and project updates. Ensure cost control through effective material management and process optimization.

Requirements:

Education:

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

4-7 years of experience in real estate, residential, or commercial construction projects.

Skills:

Strong leadership and project management abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Deep understanding of construction standards, materials, and safety practices. Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites effectively.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel between project locations. Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
