Project Manager - Business Development & Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fashion jewelry brand with a dual focus on business development and retail operations. This dynamic role will be responsible for expanding our retail footprint while overseeing multiple initiatives from concept development through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with brand vision and driving business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing retail expansion and business development projects Ensure timely opening of new stores within stipulated timelines while managing relationships with stakeholders Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing resources effectively Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including design teams, merchants, and vendors Collaborate with Visual merchandising teams to optimize store layouts and product presentation

Business Development

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential retail locations Develop and maintain relationships with mall management, property owners, and high street vendors Negotiate favorable lease terms and conditions for new store locations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of combined experience in project management and business development, preferably in fashion retail or luxury goods Proven track record of successfully delivering complex retail projects and driving business growth Strong experience working with Malls and High Street Vendors for opening new stores Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market potential and financial viability

Pay: ?74,898.26 - ?98,144.11 per month
