Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Project Manager

to lead key initiatives at HowToTellYourChild.com.

The ideal candidate will excel in business development, onboarding freelance counselors, managing partnerships, and driving impactful collaborations with schools and organizations. This role requires a proactive individual who can also oversee our social media strategy to enhance engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partnerships

? Identify and develop strategic partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities to expand our reach.

? Initiate and nurture collaborations with like-minded platforms and businesses.

? Enable partnerships with freelancers, counselors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with our mission.

Counselor Management

? Source, onboard, and manage freelance counselors to provide high-quality services to parents and schools.

? Coordinate with counselors to enable seamless scheduling and execution of sessions.

Program & Session Enablement

? Manage end-to-end planning and execution of counseling sessions and workshops.

? Act as a point of contact between clients, schools, and counselors to ensure efficient communication and delivery.

Social Media & Content Management

? Oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

? Collaborate with the content team to strategize and schedule posts, campaigns, and updates.

? Monitor social media metrics to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Operations & Strategy

? Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.

? Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project performance and opportunities.

? Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between counseling services, business goals, and partnerships.

Education:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management. ?

Experience:

? Minimum 2 years in project management, business development, or a similar role.

? Proven experience in managing partnerships, working with freelancers, and overseeing operations.

? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles. ? A passion for empowering parents and children is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
