We are hiring an experienced

Project Manager

(Business Consultant -HR Domain) with

10+ years of experience

in Senior HR / HRBP roles. The candidate must be an immediate joiner and willing to travel weekly with out-station stays as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR & business consulting solutions to clients Partner with leadership teams on HR strategies Support organizational development & compliance Conduct HR audits & recommend improvements Client-facing advisory role with regular travel

Requirements:

10+ years in Senior HR / HRBP role Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Management Age: 35+ (Male candidates preferred) Excellent communication in

English & Malayalam

(other languages a plus) Immediate joiner & flexible for weekly travel/out-station stays

Salary & Benefits:

?40,000 - ?45,000 per month (max) Performance-based incentives after 6-month probation
