Project Management Associate/Business Analyst

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM IST

Budget: Up to 3 LPA

As a PM you will have overall accountability for the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with customers from contract signature through to launch. This role calls for a strong leader who is a strong Technologist, Consultant and Program Manager. Your role will be to own project delivery, providing both functional and technical consultation whilst managing resources across the different teams who are responsible for supporting delivery.

What You'll Do:

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout implementation, owning all facets of service delivery on HEITS's behalf - including planning, requirements gathering, resource and budget management, risk management, governance and stakeholder management - ultimately driving the success of the projects. As the trusted advisor to your customers, you will maintain a holistic view of their end to end solution, ensuring optimal setup for maximum value realization. When delivering products / features in early stages of maturity, you will work with your colleagues to ensure successful delivery of the project. Finally, you will track and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring that deliverables are managed within appropriate risk tolerance levels.

Requirement:

Exposure as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is desired. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to document effectively and articulate complex business requirements. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and other business analysis techniques. Experience with user acceptance testing and defect tracking. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Project Documentation, Process definition, Planning & Execution.

Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress.

Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered in time, cost and quality. Ensure that project outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered. Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
