Job Overview:

Nexzen Infra is looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to lead and manage government building projects in

Bhubaneswar

. The ideal candidate must have strong execution skills, technical understanding, and prior experience working under

CPWD norms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of building construction projects Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with CPWD specifications and contract conditions Monitor daily progress, quality control, safety, and documentation Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery Handle billing verification, project reporting, and audits Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 8+ years of experience

in building construction

Mandatory experience in CPWD or other government projects

Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, QA/QC, and project compliance Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple teams and fast-paced environments
