Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to handover. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Allocate resources effectively and manage subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Manage documentation, contracts, permits, and approvals. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
