Core responsibilities

Operations Management:

Supervise day-to-day plant operations to meet production and quality targets. Monitor key metrics like pressure, temperature, and efficiency to ensure smooth and continuous power generation.

Safety and Compliance:

Establish and enforce safety, training, and emergency response policies. Ensure the plant complies with all local and international standards and legal requirements.

Maintenance and Reliability:

Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive and reactive maintenance for machinery such as boilers, turbines, and cooling systems. Maximize plant machinery availability.

Budget and Cost Control:

Develop and manage the plant's annual budget. Optimize operating costs and reduce waste.

Personnel Management:

Lead, train, and manage a diverse workforce, including white-collar, blue-collar, and contract employees. Focus on performance management, skill development, and employee engagement.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

Collaborate with other corporate functions like HR, Finance, and SCM. Manage vendor relationships and the purchasing of fuel and spares.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
