Position : Project Manager

Experience : Min 7 Years

Salary : Nego (Only PT Deduction)

Location -Padgha Village,Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Education -BE Civil Engineer

1.Scheduling Monitoring

2.Monitoring of actual work of Drawing.

3.Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

4.Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels .

5.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals .

6.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis .

7.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

8.Use and continually develop leadership skills .

9.Excellent communication skills .

10.Problem-solving and leadership skills .

11.Project planning, risk management,time management and other project management skills .

12.Preparing Monthly Report with Consumption and budget.

Working Days :- Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th saturday off
