: Project Manager - BESS
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful
execution of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. This role will be responsible
for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to construction,
commissioning, and handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical
expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within
budget.
Key Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Project Planning & Management:
o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
o Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
o Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and
generate regular reports.
o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the
project lifecycle.
xefx82xb7 Technical Oversight:
o Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of BESS systems, including
all associated equipment (batteries, inverters, transformers, etc.).
o Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal system design and
integration.
o Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess feasibility and address any site
specific challenges.
xefx82xb7 Procurement & Logistics:
o Manage the procurement process for all project materials and equipment.
o Coordinate logistics and transportation of equipment to project sites.
o Oversee the installation and commissioning of BESS systems.

o Lead and mentor a team of site managers, technicians, and other personnel.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and
suppliers.
o Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication within the project team
and with stakeholders.

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
o Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
o Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders.
xefx82xb7 Contract Management:
o Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
o Resolve contract disputes and claims.
xefx82xb7 Compliance & Regulations:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory
requirements.
o Obtain necessary permits and approvals for BESS projects.
o Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
