Skill Requirements:

• Overall 15+ years and minimum 10+ Years of experience into core program & project management. Preferably network transformation programs.
• Preferably experienced in Network & Security domain and hands-on experience in the Networking projects as a Program/Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Waterfall methodology and PM tools like MPP.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users across the geographies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must Have:

• Program Management experience is must. Last role must be program manager with at least 2 large complex transformation experience.
• Strong Program Management - building and managing client relationships at all levels.
• Must have strong project management experience with large and complex projects
• Must have a broad knowledge of project management methodologies and PM tools like MPP,ADO etc.
• Experience in leading large transformation engagement in client facing role.
• Able to present and lead program and project calls with senior customer team (VPs and Directors, IT leaders)
• Take end to end ownership. Plan & drive program and its benefits.
• The ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals
• The ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

Program Manager Education and Certifications

• PMP Certified. Good to have Agile Certification.
• WPMP, WPGM, Change Request (CR)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading large IT programs, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the planning and managing the program.
• Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs, and manage RAID
• Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
• Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program
• Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs
• Make the program budget and report deviations.
• Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program
• Manage and use resources across the various projects in the program
• Manage stakeholders who are involved in the program
• Strategic meetings (WSR,MSR and others leadership meetings)

Provide functional and technical guidance to implementation teams

• Drive program scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Collaborate and manage dependencies with internal teams and external third parties, including product vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
