About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned

Project Manager

with proven expertise in driving complex

B2B, ERP, or Marketplace projects

from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

10+ years

of proven project management experience in IT or software development. Hands-on experience managing

B2B, ERP, or Marketplace

implementation projects. Strong

stakeholder management

and client communication skills. Deep understanding and practical application of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Proven success in managing

fixed-price

projects. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working in a digital agency or product engineering environment. Ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent projects. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively. Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership and clients. Manage fixed-price and time & material (T&M) projects ensuring profitability and delivery quality. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
