Description & Requirements
Position Summary
Provides project coordination for Infor Hospitality products including administrative forecasting, billing, team utilization and system implementations. Supports resource management for global effectiveness. Maintains project dashboards and provides reporting on team activities.
Essential Duties

• Supports updates to team Clarity (future Certinia) and Resource Guru project administration tools

• Coordinates and monitors billable projects from initiation through delivery.

• Assist with coordination of new technology certifications

• Support resource management of technical service team to ensure optimized usage, skill development and team productivity

• Support updates to project team documentation of standard operating procedures, checklists, and teams sites

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent presentation, communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate the ability to perform independently on customer and non-customer projects.

• Attentive to details

• Experience with MS Office and business software

• Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification or equivalent experience

• Hospitality work experience

• Resource Scheduling experience
