About the Project:

We are working on an innovative automotive technology project in collaboration with leading car brands like

BMW

Bentley

The project focuses on developing

smart in-car systems

that can

detect toddler activity and behavior

inside vehicles -- an advanced safety feature in next-generation cars.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a

Project Manager Assistant

, you will support the project team in smooth coordination and execution of testing sessions involving toddlers and parents.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and documentation. Coordinating toddler testing sessions and managing schedules. Handling toddlers during short demo sessions (1-2 minutes inside the car). Ensuring toddlers are comfortable, safe, and calm during the process. Maintaining reports, feedback, and activity records. Communicating with parents, staff, and technical teams effectively. Overseeing basic administrative and logistic support related to the project.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Freshers can apply). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle toddlers patiently and responsibly. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Organized, proactive, and reliable personality.
