Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and successful implementation of the project. The role involves team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of project outputs in line with approved objectives and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of project activities.

Prepare detailed work plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.

Coordinate with government departments, partner agencies, and field teams.

Supervise thematic experts and support staff engaged in the project.

Monitor physical and financial progress against approved targets.

Ensure compliance with project guidelines, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements.

Lead review meetings, field monitoring visits, and stakeholder consultations.

Oversee preparation of progress reports, presentations, and documentation.

Support convergence with relevant livelihood, capacity building, and market linkage initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

Post Graduate / Master's Degree / MBA / PGD in Agribusiness Management / Rural Management or related disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience.

Proven experience in managing consulting or advisory assignments related to livelihood promotion, capacity building, or market linkage for government and/or non-government organizations.

Working knowledge of at least three local languages of the North Eastern Region (excluding English and Hindi) is desirable.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
