Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

Project Manager

to plan, coordinate, and track architecture and interior projects from execution to completion.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. Hands-on experience managing mid to large-scale architecture and interior works. Good understanding of structural and finishing stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with architects, site teams, vendors, and consultants. Track site progress, collect updates/photos, and maintain project reports. Identify delays and risks (red flags) and highlight smooth progress (green flags). Streamline internal coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in

Microsoft Project (MSP)

and

Primavera

for scheduling and progress tracking. Experience using

Asana

for task management and team coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
