Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance, while coordinating between site, engineering, and procurement teams.
Requires 3-7 years of experience
in EPC/industrial/infrastructure projects with site exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities in line with approved schedules and budgets.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for smooth site execution.
Interface with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities; lead progress and review meetings.
Ensure compliance with design, QA/QC, contractual, and HSE requirements.
Manage subcontractors, variations, measurements, and support contract administration.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective and recovery actions.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PG in Project/Construction Management preferred).
10-15 years of experience in EPC/industrial/infrastructure projects with leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, planning tools (MS Project/Primavera), contracts, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
