Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing concerns as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and external professionals to ensure timely delivery of services. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and potential risks to upper management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in project management software tools and techniques, including scheduling and budgeting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders professionally.
