Position: Project Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Location and Timing: Ahmedabad (Mon - Fri, 10 am to 7 pm)

Overview: We seek a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background,
particularly in cloud and web application development, to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal
candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of
successfully managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of
multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge in cloud technologies and web
applications to guide project development and troubleshoot issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all
stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure
project alignment and transparency.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to
ensure successful project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to
ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to
maximize efficiency and productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to
improve project management processes and outcomes continuously.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the IT
industry, with a focus on cloud and web application projects.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2,
ScrumMaster) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and
technologies.
o Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
o Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer/leader) on
Mobile and Cloud technologies like MERN stack, Python, Java/.NET, AWS/Azure,
Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.
o DBA Experience - NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data Analytics
o Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
o Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
o Experience in onsite client-facing
o Process compliance & data-driven approach
o Minimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with
Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months)
o Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project
financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking) (40
months)
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong
interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic
mindset.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
