Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager Civil to manage and execute residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves full project lifecycle managementxe2x80x94from design coordination and planning to execution and handoverxe2x80x94ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills specific to real estate and vertical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of residential and commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams to finalize project designs.
Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and labor to ensure timely execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure safety compliance.
Manage and track project documentation, approvals, and statutory clearances.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular project updates.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Control costs and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
Oversee handover processes, including final inspections, snag list closure, and client walkthroughs
