Positions & Responsibilities Project Manager (2 positions)

Lead and manage large-scale electrical / solar / turnkey / manufacturing projects from start to finish. Plan project scope, scheduling, resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) to ensure timely delivery. Oversee HT/LT overhead line installations, transformer manufacturing, panel & cable-tray fabrication, solar installations, fire-protection/fighting systems, civil and fabrication works. Coordinate with design, procurement, on-site execution teams; supervise project engineers, technicians, subcontractors. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality control. Maintain project documentation -- progress reports, site diaries, change orders, quality checklists, material receipts and drawings. Monitor project costs, material usage, labour, and help prepare budgets, cost-estimates and financial reports. Liaison with clients, vendors, regulatory authorities (for licensing/inspection), and ensure approvals as needed.
Project Engineer (4 positions)

Assist Project Manager in planning, executing and supervising electrical / solar / manufacturing projects. Interpret engineering drawings, prepare detailed plans for panel/tray/transformer/fabrication, civil works, electrical installations. Supervise on-site teams (technicians, welders, electricians), monitor execution quality and adherence to specifications. Perform site visits, measurements, installations and commissioning work for LT/HT lines, solar systems, fire-fighting systems, cable trays, transformer setups. Coordinate procurement of materials, maintain inventory, ensure timely availability of required materials. Help maintain safety standards, documentation, quality control and compliance with statutory requirements. Report progress, project status, issues and resolution to Project Manager / higher management.
Required Qualifications & Skills

For Project Manager:

Electrical Engineering degree (B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical) or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years

of relevant work experience in electrical contracting, turnkey projects, panel/transformer manufacturing, overhead line work, or similar heavy-electrical / solar / fabrication projects. Proven track record of managing multi-discipline projects -- electrical, civil, solar, manufacturing. Strong leadership, team-management, planning and coordination skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety codes & standards (LT/HT electrical, solar, fire-protection, factory / manufacturing norms). Ability to read and interpret electrical / civil / fabrication drawings and specifications.

For Project Engineer:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) -- diploma holders may be considered with relevant experience.

Minimum 5 years

experience in electrical contracting, installation, manufacturing, solar / fabrication / panel work, or similar. Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, overhead lines, panels, transformers, cable trays, solar, fire-fighting systems. Familiarity with on-site execution, installation practices, fabrication and manufacturing workflows. Ability to read electrical / civil drawings, perform site measurements, coordinate with technicians, ensure quality & safety compliance. Willingness to travel / work on field sites. Good reporting, documentation and coordination skills.
