Oversee all construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
Manage a team of Site Engineers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective project communication and collaboration.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact project delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, maintaining positive relationships and reputation
