About the Role

We are hiring a

Senior Project Manager

to lead multi-project portfolios, manage delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong background in managing technology & transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to production release. Lead teams of

10-15 members

across remote/offshore locations. Portfolio management: delivery, escalations, dashboards, timelines, quality. Handle revenue, profitability, cost optimization, and invoicing. Work on RFx responses, estimations, pricing, and pre-sales support. Manage vendor relationships & contract management. Oversee Observability or Infrastructure support teams (e.g., DataDog). Drive large-scale transformation, digital, analytics, and support projects. Act as

Scrum Master

for at least 3 projects. Review deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Must-Have Skills

15+ years experience with

5+ years managing 10+ projects simultaneously

. Strong background in program delivery, monitoring & reporting. RFx, pre-sales, proposal creation & pricing. Revenue & profitability management (ACV ?30M+). Vendor & contract management. Experience in DataDog/Observability OR Infra support. Scrum Master experience. Excellent communication is

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in IT / Business / Related field. PMP / Scrum / SAFe certifications preferred.
