Job Title: PEO Project Manager
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 12 14 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Infrastructure Domain) Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of platform projects from initiation to closure.
Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and milestones using tools such as MS Planner, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Customer Success, and Finance to meet delivery goals.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Monitor project health, identify risks, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
Track and report on KPIs, budgets, and timelines for leadership visibility.
Organize and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure lessons learned are captured.
Align working hours with UK business hours (8 AM 6 PM) for collaboration with EMEA teams. Requirements
12 14 years of total experience with at least 5+ years managing infrastructure/platform delivery projects.
Proven track record in software delivery management (Agile and Waterfall).
Strong exposure to AWS services and cloud platforms (no deep technical expertise required).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planner, etc.).
Strong understanding of platform technologies and infrastructure management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience managing project budgets, risks, and timelines.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Project management certifications (Agile PM, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred.
Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance in cloud projects is an added advantage.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
