About the Role:
Come and join our vibrant team to help delight our customers by providing exceptional service and establishing our products as most effective direct customer touchpoints for our books. We are offering a creative role with independence and responsibility for a Book Production Project Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Produces a print-ready and/or digital copy of each publication, including, as applicable, sleeve design or other packaging, point-of-sale and advertising materials, in a format that is ready for production/duplication.
• Checks copy and proof where relevant. Uses in-house and/or external resources for various production steps.
• Adapts artwork for different territory or market releases. Typically negotiates with vendors and suppliers and coordinates with procurement.
• Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Fully proficient in theories & processes.
• Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems. Works with a moderate level of guidance. Can train or mentor new colleagues.

Requirements:

• Project management experience
• Meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills with understanding of cross-cultural communication
• Agility and flexibility in managing challenges to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
