As the Project Management - Vice President within Global Cash Operations, you will lead governance by reducing risk, strengthening controls, and increasing oversight of payment processes. You will champion automation and regular reviews to boost efficiency, quality, and resiliency across multiple legal entities worldwide.
Job Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of systems, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operational needs and collaborate with internal functional partners.
• Maintain key business relationships with Payments leaders, Regulatory Operations and Controls Managers; engage second-level stakeholders such as Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
• Own and facilitate Payments Ops Governance meetings by effectively collating information, utilizing data, identifying, assessing, and managing risk; question, perform root cause analysis, and appropriately challenge to achieve corrective and preventative outcomes.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report on operational resiliency, ensuring plans remain accurate and appropriate for regulators.
• Identify control weaknesses across processes, escalate issues, establish corrective action plans, and communicate status and preventative change updates.
• Support internal and external audits.

• Future Focused / Strategic - Able to look forward to visualize future demands, opportunities and challenges. Able to understand complex context and issues quickly.
• Knowledge of financial products; banking fundamentals and regulatory environment
• Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards
• Project Management - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate juncture. Deep execution experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines
• Data manipulation and analytics - Ability to develop Alteryx solutions and/ or Tableau dashboards. Competency in developing narrative from large and complex data sets, to allow scrutinization and Senior Leader decision making.
